At DAMRI, we believe that empowering communities through sustainable livelihood opportunities is key to breaking the cycle of poverty. Our livelihood initiatives focus on skill development, livestock management, and agriculture-related support in the tea garden areas of Alipurduar district.
We primarily work with tribal and underserved communities who face unique challenges and deserve tailored support to improve their living standards.

Livestock Management
By providing resources, training, and veterinary support, we enable families to utilize livestock as a source of income and sustenance.
